HOW WE WORK

Indonesia Travel Adventure provides curated bespoke travel experiences. We have put together travel plans which we think are great.

Focusing on either or a mix of Discover, Play, Rejuve, and Care, we take our time to listen to your wishes and preferences.

We will then craft out a travel plan specially prepared just for you. Whether it’s multi-day or single-day trips, we’ve got you covered.

1. BROWSE

You have already made the first step! Surf our programs, browse first-hand pictures, read our stories and get inspired!

2. GET YOUR TEMAN

Submit an enquiry through the web, let us know your desired travel plan. You will soon receive a call from our teman who is eager to know more about you.

3. RECEIVE INITIAL TRAVEL PLAN

With all the information we have, we will devise a rough itinerary for you to look at. Once you agree on the general idea, we will devise a detailed plan according to your wish.

4. GET PERSONALIZED

Now is the time to refine and finalize every details. Changes can be made to any part of your tour, from the type of hotel, number of days, itinerary date or the excursions throughout. Your teman will be there to get your feedbacks and adjust the plan accordingly.

5. PAYMENTS

Once you’re happy with all the details, we will put holds in place. We will require reservation payment* to secure all the bookings, which normally is 30% of the trip cost within one week. Your balance will be due within eight weeks of your departure date.

*If your bookings occur less than eight weeks of your departure date, we will require full payment to secure all your bookings.

6. BE READY & STAY IN TOUCH

We stay in touch all the way towards and during your trip, suggesting you every preparation to make, every detail and make improvements whenever possible. We will always be there for any questions you may have.

During the trip, we will also be there every step of the way to make sure that everything goes perfectly. Finally, we add personal touches to make your trip extra special.
